Introduction

At Texas Stone Craft, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

  • Contact us through our website forms
  • Request a consultation or quote
  • Subscribe to our newsletter
  • Engage with us on social media
  • Participate in surveys or promotions

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your project requirements.

How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services
  • Respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests
  • Send you project updates and communication
  • Improve our website and customer service
  • Send marketing communications (with your consent)
  • Comply with legal obligations

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as described below:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating our website and business
  • Business partners with your consent
  • Legal requirements and protection of rights
  • Advertising and analytics providers, as described in the next section

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They tell us which pages people visit and whether a visit that started with one of our ads ended in a quote request.

When you submit a quote request, we may share your email address and phone number with Google to measure whether our ads led to it. Your browser converts these into a one-way hashed code before they are sent, so Google receives a scrambled value, not the address or number itself.

We also tell Meta when a quote request comes in, so we can see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads led to it. With that notice our server sends your email address, phone number, name, city, state and ZIP code, each converted into a one-way hashed code first, along with your IP address, browser type and Meta's own cookie IDs. Meta uses them to match the request to a Facebook or Instagram account. It receives the hashed codes, not your actual email, phone, name or address.

If we send you an estimate, we may add your email address, name and ZIP code, each converted into a one-way hashed code, to customer lists at Google and Meta. Those lists let us show you our ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram while you decide on your project. We never add phone numbers to these lists. We take you off them when you sign with us, when you tell us you have chosen another builder, or when you ask us to.

You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. To have your contact details removed from our advertising lists, email us at the address below.

Text Messages

If you tick the text box on one of our forms, we text your mobile number only about your project: your estimate, contract, payments and job schedule. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Your text opt-in and consent are never shared with any third party. The hashed phone numbers described in the advertising section above are used only to measure our own ads. Phone numbers never go on our advertising lists, and none of the hashed codes include whether you agreed to receive texts.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full text message terms.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Right to access and receive a copy of your personal information
  • Right to correct inaccurate information
  • Right to deletion of your information
  • Right to restrict or object to processing
  • Right to withdraw consent
